[NLRS] wierd noise update

I'm 95% sure that the stuff is unshielded Cat5, put in when 10BaseT was
pretty much the norm, but looking forward to 100BaseT.

Broken cable shield? Used unshielded cat 5 when it should have been
shielded cat 5E or quality coax?

The FM and SSB S-meters are generated in entirely different ways. The FM
generally comes from a first limiter current, SSB from the AGC.
