[NLRS] Announcement (and a test, too)

Hi All -

Looks like the WX is going to cooperate and I'll be heading back down to
EL16da until the end of March.
I should be back on HF by next Monday. Look for me on 14.171 +/- QRM at
0845 CST or on 21.427 at 1200 CST most weekdays. I'll also have 6m  100w
and 2m 50w with low small rover style antennas in time for the January
contest. The odds are all against my being heard, but I'll try.

My email should all be forwarded to this address from any other address
that I may have been using so

The test part of this message is to see whether various parts of my plan
work as expected.
