[NLRS] Aurora '03

Folks,
This SHOULD have been mentioned at the December Breakfast, but I forgot
about it... 

We need to begin thinking about Aurora '03:  when, where, and what.

As for WHEN, I'll propose Saturday, 26 April (last Saturday of April).
Other than Aurora '02, we've had good weather on this weekend.

WHAT would everyone like to see on the program ?  If you come up with
ideas, I'll try to find someone who can talk about it.  Ideas are needed
NOW, to give me time to find speakers.

Do YOU have a topic that you'd be willing to talk about ?  Please let me know.

We'll plan on antenna measuring (2m and up), and a flea market.  

If you're going to have cards for VUCC checking I NEED TO KNOW AHEAD OF
TIME, along with a count.  Out-of-towners (especailly those who don't make
Breakfasts) get priority for checking.
