[NLRS] 222 beacon freq

For those who asked, the frequency of the W0ZQ/B is 222.061.60 MHz as =
measured by my freq counter.   The beacon runs 50 watts to a pair of =
stack halos at abt 60'.   There are plans in the works to go to four =
stacked halos, perhaps this winter.
