[NLRS] The Consignment Center...??

They are over in St Paul about two blocks north of University Avenue on
Pryor Avenue (Not sure but Pryor may be spelt Prior).  Same general 
vicinity as the Amtrak station, Ax-Man, etc.

They open on Tuesday and Thursday afternoon/evenings from 4 until 8, and 
then on Saturday mornings although I'm not sure of the time.
