[NLRS] NLRS 2003 breakfast skeds

Based on several comments from the first proposal, here is the final 2003
schedule for our NLRS Saturday breakfast.

Note that June was changed from June 21 to June 7 as June 21 is Fathers Day
weekend.   Also went with Sept 6th rather than Sept 20th to free-up the 10
GHz's boys.   Kept the December meeting on Dec 13 even though it conflicts
with the ARRL 10m contest .... pushing it later gets to close to Christmas
and its complications.

June 7, Roseville.   June 14 is the VHF contest.
July 12, Richfield
Aug 9, Roseville
Sept 6, Richfield.     Sept 13 is the VHF contest, Sept 20 is the 10GHz
event.

Nov 8, Richfield
Dec 13, Roseville.
