[NLRS] 2002-2003 CSVHF States Above - November Results, Rev B

I've updated the list to add a late entry for this months update.

Thanks to everyone who sent in an updates tally (see below).   You can tell
that its not August as all of the updates were for 6m and 2m (and AWU's new
score on 222 .... welcome to 222 Bill !).   Although December is not known
for being an optimum time of year for VHF/UHF activities, there is a
secondary E's season right around the end of December that can make 6m
interesting.   Its not impossible to have some "short range" tropo out ahead
of those bigger snow storms.   In addition, it may be a good time to ask
Santa for that new 222 or 902 transverter.

 Using the fixed font text mode on your software mail tool will make viewing
this table easier.

 Remember that the objective of this CSVHF Society sponsored event is to
promote activity in the world above 50 MHz.  Work 30 or more states plus
provinces, submit your score to Bruce at the conclusion of the event (just
before Central States), and receive a nice looking certificate.   Full
