Hi, gang.
I've missed seeing all of you! My strange situation last academic year
teaching in Winona half-time but living here in the Twin Cities put a big
damper on many things, including ham radio.
I'm afraid to say that I'll be getting rid of some choice gear here and
wanted to give all of you a 'heads up!' before I put it on the internet. If
you're interested in any of this equipment, let me know. I'll be setting
prices on it over the next week or so.

1882 South Lane
Mendota Heights, MN 55118
P.S. I'm still operating, but as a 'backpacking/bicycling' portable station.
10 GHz HP signal generator (a sturdy boat anchor, but Gary says it works!)
$50 w/manual
HP 809C slotted line carriage w/444A probe $50
IC-275A -- good shape $TBD
IC-475H -- mint! $TBD
Lots of 1/2 Andrews heliax w/Andrews BNCs
A complete satellite station sold in 'sections'
Transceiver as a 'section' on its own:
IC-821 -- mint
Az-el rotator platform section:
Yaesu 5400 Al-El rotator
10' Universal aluminum boom (vertical)
10' solid fiberglass boom w/ heatshrink tubing(!) cover
50-100' rotator control cable
(add a tower and you're on your way)
PacSat antennas:
HyGain 2m/440 crossed yagis
Coax to get back to the tower
2.4GHz sat downlink:
2.4GHz dish
2.4GHz SSB converter
Auto controller
Rotator controller and auto-tuner-- interfaces to IC-821 & Yaesu control box
PacSat hardware/software
PacComm 9600 baud modem (for PacSats)
WISP software for the PacSats
Much of this sat gear was only set up once as the W98ITU station. (The
2.4GHz excluded.) It worked great on the PacSats. It is obviously tailored
for AO-40. Given my lack of outside antennas, it seems foolish to hang on to
this equipment.
I also have an M2 crossed yagi for 70cm, still in the box.
