[NLRS] 2002-2003 CSVHF States Above - August Request

Looks like we are off to a great start for this years running of the CSVHF
"States Above" operating event.  Check out Bills 57 States + Provinces
total on 6m, not to mention 38 on 2m.  The microwave contacts look good too
with a combine total of 9 States + Provinces on 2.3, and 6 on 3.4, 5.7, and
10G.

Send me your new totals for August and I will update the tally below and
repost it on Friday, August 30th.   Remember that the objective of this
CSVHF event is to promote activity on the bands above.   Work 30 or more
States + Provinces, submit your totals to Bruce at the conclusion, and
receive a nice looking certificate.  Full rules & forms can be found at
www.csvhfs.org or, just ask.  For those NLRSers who have thought about
jumping in, now is the time .... send me your scores !
