[NLRS] 10Ghz plans for Sun WBFM

Hi Mike,

It seems that most people would like to meet at about noon
on Sunday for WBFM. I suggest we meet at Mounds Park.

I will have 2 loaner units if someone would like to use them.
I also have a 24 GHz loaner. Bring a camera tripod if you have one.

I will run to the Capital Overlook, Idell, New Trier, Cannon Falls
and Vasa. These should be doable on WBFM. We have made
contact at all except Vasa, and it's a great site.

I will work any NB ops who are around while I am running
the sites.
