[NLRS] Big Battery update

When I got to work this morning, there were a total of 
13 batteries left. The people at work have first crack 
at anything like this and the word must have gotten 
around on the middle and night shifts.

I have those 13 in my truck and will distribute them to 
the people who contacted me at the planned location, at 
the planned time. Since there are less batteries than 
were asked for, the onesy-twosy people will get theirs 
first. Those who planned on getting 8 at a crack will 
have to divvy up whats left. If that makes the deal not 
worth the trip, no problem. Just let me know so I don't 
worry that you are running late as I have committments 
immediately after work and have to drop these batteries 
and run as soon as possible.

Sorry I did not think to jump on the previous 40 we 
tossed last week.
