Hi Gene,
Bob, W0AUS, and I would like to try with you ! We'll be at Mt. Tom in
Central MN,2 and 1w respectively.

Mt. Tom is EN25LH 45 19.57N 95 1.97W

We plan on being on the air at 1230Z.

Could you look at the lat/lon coordinates you gave in your message, please ?
They don't make sense to me. 96 W make it EN12, and NOT EN22. Typo ?
Should it be 95 24 51.4 ? Even then, it comes out to be EN22he. (Hey, 4.6
km is 4.6 km: that MIGHT be enought to move up in the standings!)

Thanks!!

Good morning everyone, I am planning on operating Saturday. I will start
out in EN22ge @
N 42 11 47.6 W 96 24 51.4--- 1527ft. I will stay at this location as long
as there is someone willing to try. I will listen on .230 for coord and will
have 300 watts and 10 elements. I do not have a very exact schedule from
there other than I am going to travel north and plan on hitting SW MN
EN14/24/13/23 area as there are some 1900 ft hills in the area. I will be
stopping every few miles ( have not plotted hilltops yet) to operate so if
anyone wants to try let me know. Also Mike KM0T will be on at the same time
and indicates he plans on being on off and on Sat so contact him for scheds
also. Not sure if I will operate Sunday. Wx forecast here is for chance of
rain late Sat and into Sun. That could change before Sat. I will attempt to
put together my itinerary and post this week.
Mike,KM0T asked me to pass along his intentions as he has been busy at work
and with the addition to the family. Both Mike and I are running 10 watts
and will operate ssb/cw.
