[NLRS] 10 GHz Contest

I should be available both days, with conditions on Sunday.

Sunday:
I'll need to be around home until maybe 7:30 or so, and have to be back
around home by about 6 PM.

I'll have NB and WBFM.  I "may" have a WBFM unit that can be loaned out...
I'll have to check it out this coming week.  Both WBFM units tune both
10.250 and 10.280 GHz.  I have some repair work to do on the NB i.f. rig,
and that takes priority.  (At least the parts got here in time!)

I will NOT have the 22w TWT up and running.  That will require a TOTAL
repackage of the entire system, and a new dish besides.  I "may" have a
pre-amp on the front-end.  (Haven't needed it yet; pretty well matched w/1
watt TX and the ~2 to 3 dB NF RX so far.)
