[NLRS] IC 706 Mark II F.S.

Offering it to BCers and NLRSers first...our IC706 MK II with DSP.
It will include the hand mic, mobile mount and a well thumbed manual.  You 
know that this one has been used in the car, but it has never been put into 
the mobile mount bracket.  Hardly a mark on it.  All features work just like 
the day AES sent it to me.  Reason for sale: Gettin' a G. $450 shipped to
