[NLRS] 2002-2003 CSVHF States Above - July Results

July 1 is the start of a brand new "States Above" event.   The States Above
operating event is sponsored by the Central States VHF Society.  The
objective of this year long operating event is to promote activity on the
bands above 50 MHz.  Work 30 or more States, submit your totals before next
summers CSVHF conference to Bruce, and you will receive a very nice looking
certificate plus incredible fame & fortune.

New for this year, in addition to States, the event has added Canadian
Provinces to the tally sheets, so make sure you keep track of your VE's as
well !   Full rules and forms can be found at the Central States website at
http://www.csvhfs.org/ .

With the recent tropo opening and E's on 6m, I think that just about
everyone will have updates to what I've got, but I've got to hit the <SEND>
key to get last months totals out, so we will catch-up on next months
update.   Looks like Bill is off to a great start from the frozen tundra of
EN37.
