Hi Jon,

I worked Gary (W0GHZ) on 5760 from the patio on the lake side of my house.
I had Gary point toward downtown Minneapolis ( This is after we tried
direct) and I peaked on his beeper and he them peaked on me and we had a ssb
qso. I don't know from what the signals were refelected. Gary's antenna
was pointing west and my antenna, a Sony dish with 5 GHz feed, and it peaked
at 190 degrees. I don't know of anything except the water tower at the
State Fair Ground in that direction.

I plan to put a beacon up on my tower and run 10 watts to it for a week end
and see who can hear it from where. Donn has said I could use his slot
antenna for the experiment.

We have to try more sites and try bouncing.
