[NLRS] QTH.NET Funding

Everyone has seen the request for QTH.NET funding ..... I've cut & pasted
the message below if you have not.    I have had several inquires regarding
a NLRS contribution to QTH.NET that would be in addition to what was
approved at our business meeting during Aurora'02.   I am supportive of
these suggestions.   I have  checked with Rich and our club does have
adequate resources.   As such, I recommend that the NLRS provide an
additional $100 to QTH.NET.   I had a second on this from Bud, W0LCP.

To make this close to business-legal, I am going to ask for an email vote
from YOU, the members of the NLRS.     A quorum is defined as 1/3 of our
members in good standing, and while Rich is going to check on what this
number is we believe that approximately 25 members constitute such a quorum.
Of this group we need a simple majority for it to pass or fail.

 So, for NLRS members in good standing, how do YOU vote on the motion to cut
QTH.NET an additional check for $100 for general funding, YES or NO ?

To keep traffic off the reflector please email me directly.   I will keep a
paper printout of the results for later review should it be needed.    As
they say, please vote now.

PS:   I also strongly encourage individual members to contribute directly as
indicated below.
