Just for reference, the 3456 DX record is 936 miles (W5LUA EM13 to KQ4PI
EL99) and for 5760 is 738 miles (W5LUA to W9ZIH EN51).   Gary, GHZ, then
BWE, had a part of the 5760 record with LUA until ZIH broke that.

I think the typical "tropo belt" extends from roughly EN13 to Texas to
northern GA and MS to at least central NY to the east.  If the 10 GHz record
is to extended, it needs to be by those on the outside of the "belt".
