Most of us knew Chad Mania, a mainstay at the meets for years.   Many of us knew he had heart trouble for years and had many close calls...  sadly, he had his last.

A fine fellow. Chad was a Kutztown regular back to the early days. He will be missed.

 Very  sad indeed  it was funny 3 years ago  when  I moved to Hawley PA,
Chad and I ran into each other at the Lake Region IGA. We both looked at
each other and said hey what are you doing here. We had no idea that we
both lived in the same area. It was fun to have somebody else who was into
antique radios and phonographs that lived 10 minutes away. I was over at
Chad's house many times as well as he was over at my house. He was also a
whiz when it came to repairing antique clocks, antique cash registers and
vintage slot machines. Chad was a wealth of knowledge with a good sense of
humor that will be greatly missed!

Jim, thanks for the picture.? I couldn't place the name, but certainly 
remember him from the picture.? I enjoyed talking to him the times I 
attended Kutztown.
