I think that all of these vendors are stateside.? There is also one vendor who sells 0.2 ml silver loaded paint for under $2 which might be a good solution, item #?113388292356 but the vendor is in Hong Kong so you are looking at a few weeks travel time. When I was a production engineer at Microwave Semiconductor Corporation too many years ago, the production amplifiers were tuned by either cutting microstrip with an Exacto knife or dabbing on silver paint to widen the microstrip line.? There was no need for epoxy since the paint was dry is a few minutes and was quite durable. Hope this helps and here is wish for a prosperous new year to one and all,Jim I wonder why people argue over the 10% of their differences and ignore the 90% they agree on? There's probably no inexpensive answer here.? It's a lot shorter than standard 3-inch CRT, and it's possible that the 10B was the only US application. The European D7-32, aka CV2431 (Britt Military) is a close equivalent.? I ordered one of these out of the UK for the Museum's 10B.? I was not blown away by it's brightness, but it was better then the Amperex DG7-32-1 that was likely original to the set. Lots of rotted wiring to replace on both line cord and speaker.? One of the previous owners had added an ON/OFF switch and drilling a hole into the side of the wood cabinet to mount it.? Sure enough the switch on the volume control was not operating,? I removed the control from the chassis and opened it up to spray some contact cleaner into the switch assembly.? No joy. I noticed that the switch contacts were riveted to the solder contact on the outside of the switch.? I took the chance and soldered these rivets to the solder contact and low an behold, the switch now works!? Now to patch that darn hole in the cabinet!Jim -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed... I built this component cabinet out of 1 1/2" thickwood. The center shelves are 6/4 solid oak doweled and edge glued. left shelvesare 19" solid oak edge glued and doweled. The right shelves are 21"for anything that is slightly wider than 19", The 2 center uprights have a6" spaced long strip outlet on each. The whole thing goes together with3" drywall screws. For size comparison the TV is a 25" Sony broadcastmonitor. I no longer have room for it. It was a lot of work and expense with abody shop paint job etc. but has fantastic capacity.Bill Overbeck484-427-7481 -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed...
