I explained during tonight’s meeting about the real possibility of WWV, WWVA, and their frequencies being shut down in 2019 by our government as a cost savings measure. As a ham or shortwave listener, these stations are a good thing to have for many reasons. Wether it’s to check propagation of radio frequencies, radio alignment, or simply to set your clock accurately, this is a good tool. You can help by signing the 2 petitions listed below electronically. Click on the link to get to the petitions.It would be a sad day to see this go away.
