[NJARC] fusible resistor

These were in a lot of parts that I picked up this weekend.

Lotsa power resistors, including these.  The "W" on one looks like the 
Wuerth
trademark, famous for their surgistors.

Trolled the interweb but all I could find as an example was an orange
colored similar device.
