Space for batteries are paramount as to what you choose. Could go with 45”AA”’s, 45 “AAA”’s or seven 9 volt batteries. I’ve even used the “used” 9 volt batteries from my home smoke detectors when I put new ones in. This would allow for eight 9 volt batteries which measure around 8.1 volts for your 67.5 volt “B” voltage. I don’t believe coin batteries would suffice the current drain for very long.

Aside from using a voltage booster, what can be used in the small space I have available? Would twenty-three 3 volt coin cells in series have enough amperage to get it going?
