[NJARC] Long Reach Nipper tool

I received the tools a few days ago.  If you have the room to maneuver with it, it's just what you need.  
Briefly, what I found when trying to work on a Hallicrafters SX-42, was that the tool was just too wide to get into the are I was working in.  It might work on something else.  I'll get the actual dimensions out later.  I'll be back with a little more info ASAP.
