[NJARC] Short Wave Listening

Hi Joe,
I never got very far into the QSL scene, but I do have a Deutsche Welle
sticker on one of my cabinets. We may be able to free up a little wall
space for some SWL QSL's in the short-wave display. Currently we don't
explain SWL very well.
Yes, we'll have to produce some QSL cards once the ham station is set up
at the Museum. The we'll need a budget for postage. We are licensed a
W2RTM. We'll call that a good start.
