[NJARC] Newsletters should be free

I suspect that Marv or other powers that be will chip in, but I've been
signing in at meetings under the observant eyes of Marsha Simkin and the
late Edith Price for years. If someone doesn't ride herd on members who
fail to renew, why should anyone renew? TANSTAAFL. As for the newsletter, a
suitable delay in posting online for all to read seems reasonable for those
who do underwrite its printing and postage costs (but not Marv's enormous
donation of time and thought).
