[NJARC] Newsletters should be free

Rob,

The long standing theory is that we have a number of faithful NJARC 
members, some in remote locations, whose primary participation is 
reading the Broadcaster.  I have personally done this in the past with 
other clubs, and remain a member of AWA.   It's a little hard to judge 
the financial impact of freeing up the newsletter.

I vote don't fix it if it ain't broke.
