[NJARC] Helpful DX Contest Forms - NEW

Gang,

I just revised the DX Contest webpage:

I've combined the DX Target List with the local stations list, and 
provided a "LOG" column where you can record your actual dial setting 
for easy retuning.  This arrangement make it easier to find the DX 
station by referencing your strong locals.  There's a version for both 
NYC and Philadelphia.
