Reading the NJ State URL mentioned by John Dilks below, nothing mentions
disabled vet or income means test for vets. Some states do test,
https://www.cga.ct.gov/2013/rpt/2013-R-0472.htm.
NJ used to/also may have a disability property tax exemption.
http://www.state.nj.us/treasury/taxation/lpt/lptdisv.shtml
A list of States with exemptions by Disability Requirement:
https://www.veteransunited.com/futurehomeowners/veteran-property-tax-exemptions-by-state/
Received my NJ-1040 booklet last week and line 12c on the return is for
the Veteran Exemption. On page 17 of the NJ-1040 booklet, it states the
exemption is for vets honorably discharged by the last day of the tax
year, no other requirements seem to be needed for "this" exemption
except for a copy of your DD-214 to prove eligibility the 1st time you
file. The exemption is for $3000, $6000 if both spouses are vets!
Makes NJ stand out (in a good way for once) from many other states. Now,
if we can get our Homestead rebates up to date (it's still one year
behind thanks to Gov Potty Mouth) things will be a little bit better in NJ.

>
> The cabinet is in very good condition (some scratches on the top). The receiver works, however the volume is low. The turntable works (I played a 78 on it) but initially it needs a little help to start moving. I was planning to restore it, but I don?t have the time at present and my partner is complaining that it takes up too much room, so I am giving it away for free to anyone who would be willing to pick it up. I am located in Lebanon, NJ (ZIP code 08833) and can be reached at 908-236-0787.
