[NJARC] Conductive epoxy

I'm not sure if it's an epoxy, but we've got some kind of two part glue
here at the store for repairing the traces on rear window defoggers. It's
made by Permatex, part # 09117.

Need literally a drop, a 'dollop', so was hoping to avoid having to
