[NJARC] Crystal cutting phono cartridge - how much voltage output?

All,
Do any of you have any specs on what kind of voltage to expect as far as output voltage for the old salt crystal record cutting cartridges?
The only details I have found are that they require about 180 volts input, and that the output voltage is higher than the output of a playback cartridge (which is around 3V output), but not how much higher.
Basically, I'm curious to see if it's possible to rebuild them the same way it's possible to rebuild playback cartridges (using a piezo buzzer in place of the salt crystal).
There seems to be one firm that rebuilds them for a price, but I can't seem to find any details as to whether the process for rebuilding a cutter cartridge is any different than a playback cart to see if it's worth trying at home. I imagine most piezo buzzers aren't expecting that high of voltage and might fry?
Any thoughts?
Regards,
Matt
