.16uf 5% tolerance. As far as voltage, if there are no other markings on the capacitor, your guess is as good as mine.

The "j" apparently means that it is a 5% tolerance.

I have a bag of small capacitors.  They are small brown polymeric and say 164j on them.  Can anyone tell me what micro farad value and voltage the capacitance is?
