[NJARC] Fwd: {Collins} Identifying Old Tubes

The UV light does work sometimes.  Picked up a small UV flashlight and 
keep it on the bench.  Gently rubbing the tube in your hair sometimes 
helps also, due to the oils. However I now have less "real estate" in 
which to do this.
