[NJARC] speaker repair

Has anyone had a speaker repaired by The Speaker Shop

I sent in a 6" Zenith speaker to be re-coned and rewound.  The speaker 
came back looking like new, but sounded terrible.  The cone has 
absolutely no compliance and it sounds like a Motorola communications 
speaker.  Additionally it distorts at moderate volume.

Waiting to hear back from them after leaving two messages and a email.
