[NJARC] Looking to ID radio

Thanks Bob.

All the tubes have good filaments, and both transformers checked good, 
after a minor heart failure.  My heart sunk when I measured the 
transformers, as the both appeared to have both windings open, 225-450 
megohms.  However, they're not. The leads for each winding do not come 
out on same side.  So they both have a 4.2K and a 1.15K winding, phew!

The rear of the front panel also has the holes labeled, matching the 
front, in addition to the word "Carnival".  Perhaps the same panel was 
used for different models?  Also, you'll notice a crack on the left side 
next to the "Horn" label.  Fortunately the crack does doesn't carry 
through to the front.  Just have to be very careful not to flex the panel.
