[NJARC] Silvertone console Model 4687, Chassis 101.484

The schematic is in Rider 14-13, 14 & 15.  But no dial stringing is 
shown.  Check out 14-10.  If your lucky, the stringing might be the same.

Since this is a pre-war set, I don't expect it to be in Sam's.
