Hi everyone. Well if there ever was a screw-up by a host site, this is it. You can read the message from Bruce Phillips, NEARC Prez below. If you're planning on coming up, it's a little closer to the NH / MA border.
Regards,
Joe Devonshire

NEARC had put a ton of money and countless hours of effort into moving RADIO XLVIII to the Marriott, to come to this.
The bottom line is: The Marriott double booked the Event Center on Saturday and Sunday for The New Hampshire Home Show, and Sunday for RADIO XLVIII.
Now, before you go all ballistic, the top 100 of you with a problem about this can’t hold a candle to how bad Steve, Anna, and I feel.
The Marriott has done everything in their power to resolve this problem.
So, suck it up a little, don’t get POed, and let’s go on and make RADIO XLVIII the best RADIO show ever !
As you know, RADIO always goes on- Rain. shine, and now a new, new location change.
Everything remains the same for RADIO XLVIII except the location change.
RADIO XLVIII on March 5, 2017 has been moved to:
The Radisson
11 Tara Blvd (NH Route 3 Exit 1)
Nashua, NH 03062
Phone (603) 888-9970
https://www.radisson.com/nashua-hotel-nh-03062/nhnashua
The Radisson looks like a Huge Castle. It was formerly known as “The Tara”, and can easily be seen from Route 3 in either direction at Exit 1.
This Event Runs Rain or Shine at the new Radisson location.
Timing, Table Layout, and all other information about RADIO XLVIII remains the same.
The only thing changing is the new Radisson location!
Please alert anyone you know who is going!

You can still buy Tables at our Website www.nearc.net , but they will be at the Radisson.
The table layout at the Radisson will be as close as possible to the published layout at the Marriott.
If you booked a room with RADIO XLVIII at the Marriott already, an equal to or better room is being booked for you at the Radisson.
The only difference is that the Marriott is picking up the bill for your room at the new Radisson location. You have not, and will not be charged for a room at the Marriott, and your room at the new Radisson location is free.
If you still want a room Saturday night at the new Radisson location, you can book it at the Radisson (at the Marriott Agreed $99 rate) by calling the Radisson at (603) 888-9970 and mentioning RADIO XLVIII.
Someone is bound not to receive this information and go to the Marriott Sunday morning.
The Marriott will display large (4’) signs stating that RADIO XLVIII was moved to the Radisson (with address and apology):
a) At both road entrances to the Marriott
b) Outside the main entrance to the Marriott
c) Outside the main entrance to the Marriott Event Center
These signs will be in place no later than noon on Wednesday 3/1/2017, and will remain in place through Monday 3/6/2017.
The Marriott will have printed directions available (From the Marriott to the Radisson) for anyone who shows at The Marriott looking for RADIO XLVIII.
Silver linings in these clouds:
1) The new Radisson location is 6 miles closer for the 80% of people coming from the south.
2) If you had your act together and previously booked a room at the Marriott, your room is now at the new Radisson location, and it has been paid for by the Marriott.
3) The Marriott will reimbursed NEARC for RADIO XLVIII at the new Radisson location.
Remember, what doesn’t kill you makes you strong.
I’ll see you at the Radisson on March 5th for RADIO XLVIII,
Bruce Phillips
President NEARC
