[NJARC] TV7 repair

Thank you, Jim.  I needed that info too!

Returning a TV-7 that was given to me back to life.  I replaced the
burned-out automobile tail lamp with the correct fuse bulb but no love.
Now for some troubleshooting.  Wish me luck!
