[NJARC] eclipse in Jackson

Very nice, Bill.

My wife and I observed the event from here in Manville using solar 
viewing "eye glasses" we picked up for free from the library.  I was 
surprised that the eclipse was perfectly visible through the low clouds 
that were drifting overhead.  Looking forward to the next one!
