[NJARC] plastic battery tubes

Bob,

I got them at Home Depot in Howell, but I'm sure any Home Depot, Lowe's 
or electrical parts distributor carries them.

For D cells I used the tube for a T12 bulb; a T8 tube will probably work 
for C cells, but haven't checked yet.
