Hi Aaron ,
Thank you for your help.
I checked the two entries listed under the JC Penney model 3233 link you sent, but neither one is the unit I am working on.
I discovered that the entire model number is not on the unit, which is why it cannot be found.
The full model number is actually 683-3233-10. Nice of them to leave that vital information off wasn’t it?
I should be getting a copy in the mail any day now.
Your help was much appreciated.
Thanks,
Chuck

According to the Sam's Index, it's in TR-125 (Tape Recorder series).

I might not be what you're looking for, but what comes up under JC Penny and model number.

I am looking for the service manual for a Modular Component Systems 3233 Stereo Receiver.
Don’t know who the actual Mgr. was, but it was distributed by JC Penny back in the 70s.
If anyone knows where to find a copy, please let me know.
Thanks,
Chuck
