[NJARC] AT&T Says It Has a New Take on Fast Internet over Power Lines

BPL used low band HF frequencies through the power  lines which caused
lots of radiated interference.
AT&T's Airgig uses small antennas along side the power lines and operates
in the very high frequency ranges.
