[NJARC] AT&T Says It Has a New Take on Fast Internet over Power Lines

I heard recently that AT&T is proposing to transmit or use the Power Lines for Internet use.  Now, this was something that I had thought the FCC had squashed about 5 years ago.  Has anyone heard anything more about this recently outside of the Fortune article?
