[NJARC] Museum Award - Not

Unfortunately, one of the great shortcomings of the AWA site is that 
there's no list of the previous recipients of any of the awards (that I 
can find, at least). But it's not clear to me how the Preservation award 
can be given to an organization - on the AWA website is this:

"The AWA Houck Award for Preservation is for a member who, through 
personal accomplishment, has acquired, and preserved by documenting, an 
outstanding collection of radio artifacts."
