Perhaps those looking to learn electronics in the structured way that Al et
al. recommend could use the 5-volume Rider set available at
http://www.americanradiohistory.com/Bookshelf_Technical.htm to familiarize
themselves with concepts, laws, etc. before anyone actually organizes a
course.
