[NJARC] Old-Style 9V Battery Adapter

Greetings!

Does anyone know of a place or a person from whom I could obtained a 9 volt
battery adapter? The kind I'm talking about is from old transistor set that
are made up of 6 C batteries? Am I stuck making this myself?
