[NJARC] Help with Zenith Cobra-matic

Tom DeLorenzo asks on the club's Facebook page:

"I have a 1950 Zenith mono Console model G884, with a cobra matic
turntable, Turntable only spins on 78RPM. Anyone know how to fix this?"
