[NJARC] Quigs anyone

I do prefer completely replacing the component, but I'll probably make 
the decision based on the particular radio and its "collectibleness" .  
Unwrapping multiple components and leads while applying more and more 
heat poses more chance of damage, even using a solder sucker.  I did 
have a couple of tube socket pins break, fortunately I was able to 
survive both situations.
