[NJARC] Selling NOS Tubes

Greetings!
I have a bunch of tubes I'm trying to get ready for eBay.What is the
protocol when taking pictures? I mean, I'm selling new old stock, never
taken out of the box. Is it expected that I take pictures with the tubes
outside the box? Taking it a step further; is it expected that I test these
new old stock tubes that have never been taken out of the box? Not having a
Hickok, I'll probably get less...
