Thanks for the information, guys. I really hope I can get this one.. 7
speakers 3 channel amp, to driving the left and the right, and a third
channel for a 15 inch woofer and of course, there isn't a transistor in
sight.

Some public libraries also have the Sams stuff. I know that the Morris
County Library does. If your local library doesn't have Sams and if you're
not near the Morris County Library, it's possible that you could arrange
for an inter-library loan through your local library. Those inter-library
loans are a little-known resource that can get you access to a tremendous
amount of material.
